Pathway One
Practitioner → Educator (Independent Course Creation)
Pathway One is for qualified practitioners who want to create and teach their own courses professionally.
Entry Requirement
You must hold a recognised professional qualification (not just CPD).
Examples include:
- Level 3 Beauty Therapy
- HND Beauty Therapy
- Level 3 Massage Therapy
- Equivalent regulated qualification
CPD alone is not sufficient for entry.
What Pathway One Supports You To Do
- Structure and create your own courses
- Teach treatments you are already qualified and experienced in
- Develop lesson plans and course frameworks
- Deliver theory confidently
- Demonstrate practical techniques safely
- Assess competency fairly
- Manage a classroom professionally
- Teach within scope of practice
You will complete:
- Educator theory
- Written assignment
- Lesson planning
- Micro-teach assessment
This pathway allows you to:
- Offer beginner courses
- Offer CPD courses
- Create your own manuals
- Set your own pricing
- Teach under your own brand
You may not use Charisma protocols or manuals within Pathway One.

Pathway Two
Licensed Charisma Educator
Pathway Two is for experienced practitioners who wish to expand into licensed education within the Charisma framework.
This pathway includes educator training plus protocol licensing and certification.
You must hold a recognised professional qualification (not CPD only).
Please note: Pathway Two includes all the training and resources found in Pathway One as standard.
As a Licensed Educator, you will continue to operate under your own business identity and professional insurance.
Pathway Two – Option A
Own Courses + Charisma Protocol Licensing
(For Practitioners Already Trained in Charisma Protocols)
This option is for practitioners who have already completed Charisma training and are offering Charisma treatments professionally.
You will gain:
- Practitioner → Educator qualification
- Licensing to teach approved Charisma protocols
- Full Charisma manuals and teaching materials
- Micro-teach assessment
- Fixed pricing structure guidance
- Ongoing educator support
You must:
- Have been offering the treatment professionally for a minimum of 3 months
- Have suitable teaching space
- Teach 2–4 students per course
- Hold appropriate insurance
Pathway Two – Option B
Own Courses + Training in Charisma Protocols
This option is for qualified professionals who:
- Wish to teach their own courses
- Have not yet trained in Charisma protocols
- Want to learn and integrate Charisma treatments before teaching
You will:
Stage 1 – Attend Charisma protocol training (1–4 days per course)
Stage 2 – Practice within your clinic for minimum 3 months
Stage 3 – Complete Practitioner → Educator theory, assignment and practical assessment
You will receive:
- Charisma protocol training
- Practitioner → Educator qualification
- Licensing to teach approved Charisma courses
- Full manuals and materials
- Micro-teach assessment
- Ongoing educator support
Annual licensing fee applies.
